When will I get my order?
Orders within Australia typically arrive within 2–5 business days once dispatched. International shipping times vary depending on the destination. Tracking details are sent once your order has been shipped.
what is the return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, email info@rovermanor.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Change of mind: You can return an item at your own expense for a store credit valid for 12 months. Refunds are not offered for change of mind.
Faulty or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately — we’ll send a pre-paid return label and arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges: We offer size exchanges where stock allows; if your size isn’t available, you’ll receive a store credit.
Final sale items: Products marked Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
